I have 3 withdrawals for $750 each that were made May 10-11-12 (2026) I won $26000 may 25 and was triggered on may29 for kyc verification. I sent all documents that were requested may 30 and have not received any updates since. I’ve sent several emails asking for updates only to receive generic emails in response woth no actual timelines to when my verification will be done or if there is anything wrong with the documents I have submitted.
