Hi


Made a withdrawal on the 13th of April. Went through all the KYC verification. Haven't been a time on when withdrawal will be completed. I just keep getting the same generic answer your withdrawal is been looked at it, it will take some more time , please be patient, it will be soon. It's the same answer every time. No update from anyone after a few emails sent also. Have seen reviews here and it's making me very nervous.
