I have been going through the Chat feature for weeks trying to verify my identidy/cards I have emailed dozens of of times with no response I sent all the info they wanted and it still says pendiing which is keeping me from my withdrawl for over a month now. Also the best I can do for oneof the csrds is take apicture of my moitor because its a virtual card .
