I am writing to lodge a formal complaint against QuickWin Casino for systematic withdrawal delays, breach of contract, and intentional balance bottlenecking. 




My account is 100% verified, and all my funds were generated entirely from raw cash deposits, with zero active bonuses or wagering requirements. 




Key Issues:

1. Breach of Clause 6.9: My oldest withdrawal request (Transaction ID: bcdd6af5-faa3-44d1-b0d0-94db3295287f) was submitted on June 22, 2026. The 3-business-day processing window expired 11 days ago.

2. Predatory Bottlenecking (Clause 6.14): By keeping my 3 active requests frozen in a perpetual "Under Review" state, the casino mechanically prevents me from initiating further withdrawals, holding my remaining €25,000.07 captive.

3. Chat Admissions: Live support agents have explicitly admitted on chat that the platform is experiencing systemic payout delays due to internal issues ("due to a lot of requests all of our payouts are delayed"), yet they refuse to provide any concrete timeframe for resolution, relying entirely on automated stalling scripts.
