With three more big multiplier spins left, which could've netted me over 500 euros, the game suddenly froze and forced me out. Had it not glitched, my winnings would've been significantly larger. When I returned to the game, it generated a random dinosaur run, yielding me a mere 50 cents–a far cry from my original bonus earnings, which I never completed. I have since been experiencing continual game freezes during bonus wins, and particularly when I'm earning big profits, it boots me back to the lobby. Despite reporting these winnings and spin alterations, which have cost me upwards of 300 euros, possibly even 500, my money was never refunded. Given the rate at which I was playing, I'm positive I was on track to hit at least a 300-euro win. This issue is ongoing throughout gameplay and I suspect there might be some sort of scam behind this. I'm considering taking legal action as this concerns me of a possible fraud. I've played over 1,000 euros, but have only received 250 euros in return, which is minimal compensation.
