Hello, on April 23rd I received an email stating I would receive a €50 Cash Gift. To claim it, I had to contact live chat. I did this and received the €50. I then immediately won a sports bet and attempted to withdraw €150 via bank transfer. However, the withdrawal wasn't processed, and eventually, the withdrawal was simply canceled, and the money was credited back to my gaming account. I then played a bit more and won again, and so on. I then thought, "Okay, it says in the terms and conditions that I should withdraw using the same method as my deposit." Since it was a €50 Cash Gift, I hadn't made a deposit. I then tried to deposit €10 via Mastercard or bank transfer, but neither worked. I then tried depositing via Solana, which worked. So, I figured I could withdraw via Solana. I now have €400 pending withdrawal via Solana (May 3, 2026), but I doubt the money will actually be paid out. I want to receive it through Solana now. I even deposited €10 specifically so I could withdraw it that way and set up a wallet. I was never given an explanation as to why the first withdrawal was simply canceled; they just told me to use a different withdrawal method. It's not just the €400 that's pending; I also have several hundred euros in my gaming account, but it's no fun playing when you know the withdrawal isn't going to work. It's just incredibly frustrating.
