It started with me trying to withdraw around ~300 $ but that withdrawal got cancelled and webt straight back into my casino balance. So ofcourse i tried again and the same thing happened. After this i managed to gamble my way up to 600 $ and i tried to make another withdrawal witch ofcourse did not work. I’m wondering if this is a common problem and what the fix is.


i have contacted the casino and only gotten a vague answer, something along the lines of "your withdrawal was cancelled"



it should be said that the first withdrawal i made from this casino came to my bank account but my bank is rejecting payments and money from foreign countries as a way to prevent money laundering and such.


all the rejected withdrawals have been made with their mifinity option to my verified mifinity account.

  • Was your account, including the payment method, successfully verified?

It’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account, especially if it’s your first withdrawal. That’s why we advise players to be patient and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before they submit a complaint. Assuming that you have completed KYC verification successfully and had your withdrawal approved, I truly believe it’s only a matter of time before you’ll receive it.
