There was an offer that gave 500 bingo tickets for a first deposit of 100 pesos. I took advantage of it, but I didn't receive the 500 tickets. I contacted support, and they just said they were sorry and that it was a mistake, and that was it. I've attached screenshots of the conversation I had with a representative as proof.
