Overall, Playuzu isn't the worst casino. The site works well, the games perform well and load smoothly. But after a couple of days of playing, I started to see what's behind that pretty facade.

What ruined my impression the most were the withdrawals. The last time I had to wait four days. I contacted support and they almost always replied that the payment was still being processed, but without giving me a clear date of when it would be completed.
I have no complaints about the games themselves, but if every time I want to withdraw I have to write to support to find out what's going on, for me that's a major negative point.
