I have requested a withdrawal from my account on 29th April 2025, and it is now more than 10 days since this request and there is still no payment.


i have attempted to resolve through the Live Chat and support email, and get a generic response each time that my patience is appreciated.


my account is fully verified, I have withdrawn in the past and this isn’t a large withdrawal amount.


the timeframe for the withdrawal is excessive and I’m seeking to get the payment processed.

Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. I’m sorry to hear about your problem. It’s quite usual for withdrawal, to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. That’s why we advise players to be patient and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before they submit a complaint.

  • Could you please clarify when exactly you made the last successful withdrawal, and how many days it took to be processed?
  • Which payment method to withdraw your winnings have you opted for? Was it the same one you used in the past?

  • My last withdrawal request was made on 25th March 2025.
  • it was approved, processed and received on 27th March 2025.
  • payment method I have opted for is Litecoin to my Crypto wallet. The same method I have used all previous withdrawals and for my deposits.


There shouldn’t be any delays, I’ve met my obligations and used their site in line with the Terms & Conditions

I have received the funds, 14 days after it had been submitted.


although I have received the funds, I am far from happy with this ongoing issue with Playio Casino, and im not the only player this is occurring to based on other complaints and comments online.


hopefully Playio can start to do the right thing in the future so future players aren’t impacted by this crap.
