Hi, everyone!

I started playing at this casino on May 14 and received a 100% bonus for my first deposit of $150. (I fully wagered that amount) I made over $2500 by May 17. I requested a withdrawal of $750 on May 17, another one on May 19 ($750), and another one on May 20 ($750).On May 23rd I recieved a first withdrawal from May 17, and I requested another withdrawal for rest of my money($352). But today is already May 30th, no progress on any another withdrawal. I was chatting in their live chat, but they always respond something like, "Please be patient, and your withdrawal is in progress. There is no reason to worry." I understand that it may take a little bit longer than three business days, but today is already the 11th day from the furthest request. I feel that everything is alright with my account because they processed my very first request, but at the same time, they are trying to delay the rest.


It seems like this site helps people to resolve those kinds of questions. I'll try to keep this case updated as long as possible.

1. All requests are under the same status, "under review


2. KYC isn't required


3.Bonus was recieved and successfully wagered, the very first withdrawal was completed after wager was done.

Finally received 2 payouts of $750 each. Only one left for $352


Just wondering if it's because I wrote a complaint or just the timing that pushed them to pay out. But anyways, thank you for your attention.
