I am writing to express my concern regarding the delay with my withdrawal. When I first submitted the withdrawal request on 26.11, I contacted support to ask about the processing time. However, the situation did not improve, and accidently I canceled the request and submitted a new one on 27.11.


I was informed that the withdrawal would be processed within three days, but there has been no progress. The status still remains in the processing phase, and I have a strong feeling that this payment may be delayed.


It's disappointing because I like the plattform

That’s why we advise players to be patient, cooperate fully with casino, and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before submitting a complaint.

If your account has been successfully verified, your game history checked, your withdrawal approved by the casino, and you still haven't received your winnings by 14 days since requesting the withdrawal, we will intervene and do our best to help you.
