A week before i made an withdrawal attempt of 480 euros. After 5-6 days past they canceled my withdrawal saying that they had problem with payment systems. I made a new attempt for the same amount and after the 3 days of waiting period they claim that they resolve withdrawals i get the same generic answer in chat and in email to be patient.

However, please bear in mind that it’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. This delay may be caused by unfinished KYC verification or a high volume of withdrawal requests.
That’s why we advise players to be patient, cooperate fully with casino, and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before submitting a complaint.

If your account has been successfully verified, your game history checked, your withdrawal approved by the casino, and you still haven't received your winnings by 14 days since requesting the withdrawal, we will intervene and do our best to help you.

They dont ask for kyc and they have canceled already 2 withdrawals with the same excuse that my payment provider didnt accept the process. I asked both of the providers i used for the 2 withdrawals and they had not rejected anything.Almost 2 weeks past and now im on the third withdrawal attempt with new method. They still say the same
