I made two withdrawals on 6th September, 40k and 39k. Since then I am just waiting for the funds to be credited in my bank account. 45 days gone

There support team is pathetic and telling me the story from last 7 weeks that they are checking with payment provider.

Even I requested them to reverse the money in PM wallet but no support.

They are just scamming customers now and not giving withdrawal money anymore. And I am so called VIP customer on there platform.

The deposit was made using my bank account funds.


Withdrawal showing success on the app. Shared the screenshots via email with you guys.


I have shared the bank statements and everything with Parimatch team. And they are investigating this with the payment provider from last 45 days and making fool of the customers.

Even after two months, Parimatch Team is giving same shitty response. Payment provider is not giving reply from last 2 months and I am bearing the loss it.


If your payment provider are scammer, why I bear the loss.

I apologize, but since we haven’t received any response from the casino regarding the issue, we cannot continue resolving this complaint, and we are forced to close it as ‘unresolved.’

Normally, in order to reach any kind of agreement, all three parties (player, casino, and mediator) need to communicate closely. Unfortunately, this is not the case, and we were left alone in our attempt to solve this issue.

I am very sorry I couldn't be of more help, but at least closing this complaint as unresolved will negatively influence the casino's rating, and other players can read about your experience in our review.
