Hi CasinoGuru,


I tried to withdraw money from my parimatch account around 15 times after each attempt failed, my withdrawal is blocked saying contact customer care. They unblocks me. I will raise another withdrawal request, withdrawal gets declined and withdrawal option blocked showing contact customer support. And its going in a loop. Could you help with this?


My deposited methods:

BinancePay: 5430 rupees

Upi: 200 rupees


My withdrawal method: 

Bank Transfer: 8100 rupees


And They are only two withdrawal methods available

  1. bank transfer
  2. Icash One


They are just concentrated on resolving the ticket status rather than resolving the customer issue.


I just want to withdraw my money.


I played inifinite black jack with side bets - evolution casino.


I contacted customer care like 15 times waiting hours in the queue for their and resolution. My patience is over.


Thats why I came here to raise a complaint.

I am so glad for considering my complaint.


The parimatch account which I currently hold is a very old one like 4-5 years old.


  1. yes, Account Verification done successfully. I have provided my aadhaar card.
  2. Yes, I have withdrawn money from parimatch multiple times previously. I deposited to parimatch after 4 to 6 months inactivity as mentioned in the initial chat.
  3. Like from 16th sep I am trying to withdraw my money.


currently my total amount available to withdraw is 13,000 rupees after I played. I tried to withdraw same story repeated as mentioned above. Deposits working pretty well in parimatch.

Seems they concentrated a lot on closing the ticket not on the issue. In the beginning, parimatch was a highly trustable customer friendly casino. I don’t know what happened to your services suddenly, specific to India. Delays, Declines etc…
