1. Were your other payouts from the casino successful?
Yes, I have had successful withdrawals in the past. However, this time, they have withheld a large amount (₹41,700 INR) for over 105 days (since Oct 10, 2025).
2. Were you asked to submit any documents?
Yes. I have submitted my Bank Account Statement (PDF) multiple times to their support team, showing clearly that the money was NOT received between Oct 2025 and Jan 2026. They have acknowledged receiving it but still refuse to process the refund.
3. When was the last time you were in contact with the casino?
I contacted them yesterday (Jan 21, 2026). As usual, they gave me a scripted response saying "Wait more" and "Funds are safe," but refused to give a date.
4. Communication & Proofs:
I have attached the following screenshots to this email:
Screenshot 1: The Chat where they promised the funds would reach me "Today" (Fake Promise).
Screenshot 2: The Chat where they admitted they have "No Update" even after 100 days.
