My parimatch india Player ID is 532596581 (Name: ******). I requested a withdrawal of ₹41,700 INR on October 10, 2025.

​It has been over 3 months, and I have not received the funds. The money was deducted from my Parimatch account on the same day. Whenever I contact live support, they keep delaying by saying "Work is in progress" or "Wait for some time."

​They have been holding my money for over 100 days without a valid reason. I have attached the screenshot of the withdrawal request. Please help me recover my money.

​Thank you for helping me with this case. Here are the answers to your questions:

​1. Were your other payouts from the casino successful?

Yes, I have had successful withdrawals in the past. However, this time, they have withheld a large amount (₹41,700 INR) for over 105 days (since Oct 10, 2025).

​2. Were you asked to submit any documents?

Yes. I have submitted my Bank Account Statement (PDF) multiple times to their support team, showing clearly that the money was NOT received between Oct 2025 and Jan 2026. They have acknowledged receiving it but still refuse to process the refund.

​3. When was the last time you were in contact with the casino?

I contacted them yesterday (Jan 21, 2026). As usual, they gave me a scripted response saying "Wait more" and "Funds are safe," but refused to give a date.

​4. Communication & Proofs:

I have attached the following screenshots to this email:

​Screenshot 1: The Chat where they promised the funds would reach me "Today" (Fake Promise).

​Screenshot 2: The Chat where they admitted they have "No Update" even after 100 days.

​"Hi Tomas, I have an important update. Today (3 Feb 2026), the Parimatch support agent finally revealed my Ticket ID: 44288987.

​Shockingly, the agent admitted this ticket was created on 21 October 2025. This proves that my money (₹41,700) has been stuck for 116 days and they haven't done anything despite having an open ticket for 105 days!

​The agent again tried to give the excuse of 'Security and Compliance' checks. No security check in the world takes 105 days. This is a clear case of withholding funds. Please use this Ticket ID to demand an immediate explanation from your contact at Parimatch.

The Parimatch support agent officially admitted that my Ticket ID: 44288987 (created on 21 Oct 2025) has NO estimated timeline for resolution. They also claimed the delay is 'beyond their control.'
