If your deposit has never been credited to your casino account, the only thing I would recommend is contacting your payment provider. If the deposit was declined and the amount wasn't yet returned to your bank account, there is little the casino can do.

Please let me know whether you contacted your bank and requested a refund due to the money not reaching the merchant.
