I have deposited 5000 rupees on 28th May and it didn't add to the account . I instantly mailed them and asked in live chat , which took 1 hour for them to give copy pasted replies there . They said I had to wait till June 3rd and if by then if I didn't get my money back they'll process. I've waited and now they closed the complaint without giving a reason . They aren't even replying to my mails now .

I'm attaching payment screenshot and the way they closed the ticket and live chat . They aren't even taking new complaints at all . I even submitted bank statement to them proving the money was debited and not refunded . It's not the first time but many players suffer the same problem and they only add the funds when someone complaints . Please help me get back my funds .

No it's almost 10 days and they never even escalated the issue even after I sent them bank statement. They were asking me some letter from bank saying bank has to guarantee that funds left my account . No bank gives it and further a bank statement is a more reliable proof . Not today they said they forwarded the complaint . Let's see

I've been a player with that casino since 5 years .200+ bank sucessful transactions . This casino just makes players wait for months , but adds the money after long time and after lying so many times . I've sent them bank statement and everything . Already too
