I deposited ₹2,200 into my Parimatch account, expecting it to be added as real money. However, instead of being credited as a normal deposit, my funds were automatically converted into bonus money without my consent. I did not opt for any bonus offer, yet my deposit was locked under bonus terms.


2. Wagering the Required Amount


After realizing the issue, I checked Parimatch’s bonus terms and saw that I needed to wager ₹1,540 before my funds could be converted to real money. I completed the required wagering, and my balance increased to ₹2,600. Despite this, my funds are still restricted, and I am unable to withdraw or use them in sports betting.


3. Attempts to Resolve with Parimatch Support


I contacted Parimatch support multiple times via email and chat, explaining the issue and requesting a correction. However, they have either ignored my messages or failed to provide a resolution. Even after fulfilling the wagering requirement, they continue to hold my funds, giving no proper response.


4. Current Situation & My Request


At this moment, my balance stands at ₹2,600, but I still cannot withdraw or use it freely. I deposited real money, and it should not be subject to any bonus restrictions. This appears to be either a system error or an unfair policy implementation by Parimatch.

It's been many days and I contacted them in this time period and what these idiots did was they removed l of money from bonus , after saying them that please covert it to be playable and wagered , but what they did was this , I want my refund to be initiated they are just scam , not going to use parimatch ever again I just want my 2200 back which was not even wagered not a ruppee too .
