I deposited INR 13,000 on 9th April to Parimatch. My deposit was never credited to my account. We are now in August, and it has been over four months. I have reached out to their customer support at least 200 times and mailed them several times. I have shared bank statements, UTR, Payment screenshots, everything. They keep sending auto-generated responses like team is working, there is an issue with the billing system, we will process the funds ASAP. This is harassment now. Please help, they keep changing my agent but never credit the amount. Every time they put on a new agent and the responses are the same. AUTO-GENERATED. I HAVE PATIENTLY WAITED FOR 4 MONTHS NOW. BUT I NEED MY FUNDS BACK. Please help.
