The player from India successfully deposited 2500 INR via Navi UPI, but the funds were deducted from his account and not credited to his game wallet due to a declined transaction.
I made deposit of 2500 INR by Navi UPI. The transaction was successful from my side and the money was deducted from my account, I copied the UTR number and submitted it. but I didn't received the money in my game wallet the transaction was declined on game.

If your deposit has never been credited to your casino account, the only thing I would recommend is contacting your payment provider. They need to investigate but bear in mind that it’s a complicated process that takes one month approximately. In these cases, the casino usually has its hands tied.
