Dear Jean


I have access to my account but unable to withdraw amount asking for verification


I have provided selfie with adhar card along with written information on white paper


Left 20 INR + 1294 in my account


I got an email to send documents with written information on white paper along with selfie


I sent those documents but until now they have not replied from past 3 days


The documents as been attached bel

ow , now I would invite parimatch to answer to my question,why i am not getting reply to my email sent from [redacted]


Without wasting much time please answer parimatch


I would like to invite parimatch to answer the question and how years it will take to verify my account and give a valid reply


If they reply to that email they can verify my documents within 1 or 2 minutes


But from last 3 days they are not replied to email this is nothing but a delayed tactics to stole my money

Therefore, our Profile Department kindly requests that you send the following documents to us via email at support@pari-match.in:


• A selfie of yourself holding:


The identity document used during verification (Aadhaar Card or PAN Card), and

A handwritten note containing your First Name, Last Name, the current date, and the text "For Parimatch".


Please ensure that:


All 4 corners of the document are visible

The image is clear and readable

Your face is clearly visible in the photo


• A Payment Card Statement or Wallet Statement (showing the bank logo, your name, and address) covering transactions from the last 30 days.


Once we receive the requested documents, our specialists will proceed with the verification process.
