• My activity on the platform was focused mainly on sports betting.


• I have already submitted all requested verification documents, including my identity proof with selfie holding my documents, paper with my name and phrase FOR PARIMATCH , bank statement, and deposit-related documents. The latest documents were submitted more than 5 days ago, yet my account still remains blocked without any clear resolution or timeframe provided.


• My winnings were accumulated without any misuse of bonuses. Any bonus activity on the account was used according to the platform’s terms and conditions.


I would also like to highlight that this prolonged verification process has caused significant inconvenience and frustration. My account has been inaccessible for several days, preventing me from placing bets or accessing my funds, despite my full cooperation and timely submission of every requested document.
