Its been 4 days since my account got blocked. I have emailed them required documents 5-6 times but they ain't responding my emails. I have contacted contact support but they are not helping as well. I am attaching pdf of ss related to this case.

1) It was Aviator (Instant games section).

2) They are not replying whether my documents got verified or not.

3) I accumulated my winning without bonus.
