Complaints title: Urgent help needed with my first €800 withdrawal – VIP Level 3 player

I am writing to ask for your urgent help regarding my withdrawal request at OnlySpins3.
Two days ago, I requested a withdrawal of €800. I understand that withdrawals can take some time, but after reading many reports online from other players saying that withdrawals from this casino can be delayed for a very long time, sometimes even for months, and in some cases allegedly not paid out at all, I am extremely worried.
So far, I have deposited a total of €1,205 into this casino. The current €800 withdrawal would be my first successful withdrawal ever from all the deposits I have made. I am also currently a VIP Level 3 player, so I hoped that my withdrawal would be handled fairly and with some priority.
My personal situation is very difficult right now. My father has been diagnosed with cancer, and our future as a family has become very uncertain.
