Hello Casino Guru Team,

I am writing to ask for your urgent help regarding my withdrawal request at OnlySpins3.

Two days ago, I requested a withdrawal of €800. I understand that withdrawals can take some time, but after reading many reports online from other players saying that withdrawals from this casino can be delayed for a very long time, sometimes even for months, and in some cases allegedly not paid out at all, I am extremely worried.

So far, I have deposited a total of €1,205 into this casino. The current €800 withdrawal would be my first successful withdrawal ever from all the deposits I have made. I am also currently a VIP Level 3 player, so I hoped that my withdrawal would be handled fairly and with some priority.

My personal situation is very difficult right now. My father has been diagnosed with cancer, and our future as a family has become very uncertain. We were planning to travel together in August, and this trip means a lot to me because I honestly do not know how many special moments we will still be able to share together.

I need around €700 to be able to go on this trip with my father. Because of that, this €800 withdrawal is not just a normal win for me. At the moment, it feels like my last real hope to make this trip possible.

I do not want to accuse the casino unfairly, but because of the many negative experiences I have seen online, I am very scared that my withdrawal could be delayed for a very long time or possibly not arrive at all. I am already under a lot of emotional pressure because of my father’s illness, and this uncertainty makes the situation even harder for me.

I kindly ask the Casino Guru Team to help me with this case and, if necessary, contact the casino so that my withdrawal can be processed as quickly and fairly as possible.
