i won using a 55% reload bonus

i deposited using interac etransfer ( 400$) on may 5th

i made my first withdrawal request that same day of 750

i still havent gotten one withdrawal processed yet

i contacted the casino many many times and get the same response each time: "we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this delay may have caused you. After reviewing your request, we can confirm that there is a slight delay in processing. Please rest assured, however, that your withdrawal is safe and is currently being handled with priority."

i have not been asked to do any sort of verification so thats not the issue.

ive been able to withdraw from this casino in the past from previous wins.

finally after complaining to their support team for over a month , it took me having to open a complaint for them to process my first withdrawal. i dont want to close this complaint untill my full balance is withdrawn to me because i know if i mark it as solved theyd revert back to not paying me again.
