Seit 14 Tagen steht meine Auszahlung auf Bearbeitung und der Support antwortet immer mit dem selben Text. Technische Probleme oder es verzögert sich gerade. Ich habe das Gefühl abgezockt zu werden und es handelt sich hier nur um 400€

So far I have repeatedly been informed about technical delays or internal reviews and that "everything looks fine".

Please provide me with:

the exact reason for the delay,

confirmation whether any documents are still required,

and a concrete estimated payout date.

If no further verification is required, I expect my withdrawal to be processed without further delay.
