I have 3 pending withdraws on onlyspins casino.

The fist was 27/04/2026 at 00:38 for 500euros.

It has been 3 working days and my withdraw is still on pending.

I have fully verified account as I successfully withdraw last month 300 on on other win.

Live chat told me everything is verified and good with my account I just need to wait.

I am unsure if they going to pay me at all and this makes my anxiaty worst.

Even if they pay me with 3 - 5 days delay for me to withdraw 9800euros will take me 2 months.

Can someone tell me what to do in this situation.

This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. This delay may be caused by unfinished KYC verification or a high volume of withdrawal requests.
That’s why we advise players to be patient, cooperate fully with casino, and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before submitting a complaint.

If your account has been successfully verified, your game history checked, your withdrawal approved by the casino, and you still haven't received your winnings by 14 days since requesting the withdrawal, we will intervene and do our best to help you.

Thank you very much for the quick reply .

I understand how the casino works I just want to make the complain as they repetitively told me and they state in their terms that withdraws take 3 business days to be handled and they are clearly not and this is a violation of their own terms.

The state of my withdraws are the same on pending even after live chat told me I do not have to do anything and my profile is clearly good to go.

Just keep the complain open and I ll be back to you with update on the case.

If they is nothing updated from their side next week I will come back to ask escalation if you have the kindness to do so.
