I would like to open a complaint against onlyspins casino ,
I have 3 pending withdrawals with them . First one which I requested on the 17th got cancelled today. Reason given was there is a technical error with payment provider . Now I know I have to wait 2 weeks to start with the complaint but the problem is my withdrawal gets declined every 4th day so no point in waiting .
i am always told it will be dealt with very closely and we will make sure that it is successful and there is nothing wrong with the payment anymore . Then again same excuse the next time .
I have had the same issue with their sister company so I know it’s no point waiting 2 weeks. They fail to give me proof of the error when requested.
