The player from Portugal requests account closure from the casino, but despite numerous emails and chats, he receives no response. He expresses concern about potentially spending more than intended without the account being blocked.
Since this casino has no deposit limits, I’ve been begging them for months to block my account, and they won’t even respond to my emails. I’ve sent dozens of emails to Pedro, pleading with him, and still they won’t block my account. In the chat, they tell me to keep sending emails, which doesn’t accomplish anything because they don’t respond to the email address provided. I need them to block my account, or I might end up spending more than I should.

Dear NunoCerdeira;
Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. I'm sorry to hear about your problem.
First, I’d like to clarify the difference between account closure and self-exclusion:
Could you please forward me the account closure requests you sent to the casino, along with the casino's responses? You can send them to me at tomas@casino.guru
Thank you in advance for your cooperation.
Best regards,
Tomas
