Hello. I requested to withdraw 10000 eur on 2025.12.27. My KYC was verrified already. Casino requested to upload aditional document, it was approved 2026.01.02. The same day i talked with support and they told me that all my withdraws will be approved in 14 working days from the day the documents were approved, 14 working days should have passed by 2026.01.23.

2026.01.20 most of my withdraws (5100eur) were rejected after 11 working days. I contacted support and got answer that transcactions were rejected due to technical issues from their side. When i asked what should i do support told me to request withdraws again and wait 14 working days again...

I requested them again but i fink it is no fair that i have to wait 14 working days again.

Hello Attila. Thank you for your time tryng to help me solve this issue.

1. Yes there were two succesfull withdraws on 2025.10.18 450 eur and 50 eur

2. No bonus was used

3. Today i have requested withdraw again because NV support told me to do so. So will attach only pending withdraws. My previuos withdraws were on pending status for 11 working days after my aditional documents for KYC was approved. I have screenshots of them also if you need them.

P.S. these are not all withdraws because i can't attach more files, i have them if you need them.

Hello Attila. Seems like they are approving two withdraws everyday, i don't understand why because i requested all amount at the same time but it is better than nothing
