Disappointing Withdrawal Experience with NV Casino


I’ve been trying to withdraw my €2750 winnings from NV Casino for nearly 3 weeks now, and I’m extremely disappointed with how things have been handled. My account is fully verified — all documents were submitted and approved without issue — yet I’m still waiting for my money more than a week after the withdrawal was supposedly processed.


What’s even more frustrating is the lack of proper support. I’ve been in contact with a support agent named Agatha multiple times, but instead of resolving the issue, I keep getting vague or repetitive responses that don’t move things forward. It feels like I’m being ignored or pushed aside.


At this point, I’m starting to lose trust in the platform. While the games and interface are decent, none of that matters if you can’t actually receive your winnings. I hope NV Casino takes this seriously and processes my payout immediately.

i played at a lot of casinos and I know they can be difficult if it’s about paying out players. But with nv casino it was on a whole different level. I was verified a week before the 13th oktober, I made multiple withdrawals that where cancelled while I was verified. This time it stayed on ‘pending’ for over a week now.


I want to wait till next week but please do something about it if you guys can speed up the process.
