It’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account, especially if it’s your first withdrawal. That’s why we advise players to be patient and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before they submit a complaint. Assuming that you have completed KYC verification successfully and had your withdrawal approved, I truly believe it’s only a matter of time before you’ll receive it.

Hello Attila,Thank you for your reply.– I requested my withdrawals 7 days ago, on 14 January 2026 (four withdrawals to Skrill, total around 1,350,000 HUF).

– My account and payment method were successfully verified, KYC was approved around 12–14 January 2026.Since then, the withdrawals have been in "Pending" status at the casino and I only receive template messages from their support about waiting up to 30 days. Yes, my Skrill account has already been verified by the casino. I submitted all the requested Skrill verification documents, and they were approved. The casino also confirmed in chat that my payment method verification was completed, and they stated that the 30-day withdrawal processing period is counted from January 26, 2026, which they indicated was the date of payment method confirmation.

Additionally, the casino has already processed and paid part of my withdrawal (350,000 HUF) to the same verified Skrill account. This confirms that my Skrill payment method is fully accepted and functional.
