Even though the funds are in their wallet, the casino is constantly using delaying tactics, changing operators (Elena, Dakota, Adriana, Lenny, Flor and Max) and giving contradictory justifications.

First, they gave a specific deadline in UTC time, which passed. Then, an operator named Flor falsely claimed that they would "prepare documents so that my payment system can refund the amount," which is mathematically impossible for an irreversible transaction on the Litecoin blockchain.
