Hi,

I’ve made crypto deposit for $200+ and it wasn’t credited. On support chat I was told to wait 96 hours. I knew I wouldn’t get the money because it was clearly already on NV wallet and still not credited so obviously it was a problem. After 96 hours I was told again to wait maximum 5 days for the case review. It didn’t happen. From support chat I only get AI answers to wait and wait. I waited already too much.
