Hello,


I made a deposit while activating a bonus code, but due to a delay in payment processing that was not my fault, the bonus disappeared. I chose to make the deposit only because of this bonus offer.


I contacted the casino, but I still have not received any response for three days. I would like the bonus to be added to my account, otherwise this whole situation appears misleading and dishonest.
