NV Casino - Player's account is closed after withdrawal request.

Hello, i played on NV Casino, i made some deposits around 1200 RON and after some playing i managed to have 2200 RON money so i went to do a withdraw. I completed the documents from KYC tab and i waited. After 36 hours from my withdraw request now i can't acces my account anymore. I keep getting an error 'Invalid captcha code". I tried from several other phones, tablets, laptop. The same issue. For me it seems that at the moment you try to withdraw the casino just locks you out of the account.

After seeing some reviews from here i took some screenshots from my account with the date of birth so they can't say that i've putted it wrong.

i don't understant what is happening. Also in their T&C is mentioned that for withdraws from 10 to 500 EUR the timeframe is 5 minutes - 12 hours. That timeframe passed.
