I just want to let verybody know how NV casino proceed to make sure you loose the money you won.


Many online casino propose now a direct payment which means the money is withing the 5 minutes on your bank account.


Nv Casino use a well build strategy to keep the money available for playing as long as possible.


For example if you want to withdraw 25.000 € .


They first divide you payment into 10 X2.500€ .


Even if you click to withdraw this money, it will continue to appear on your account and you can continue use this money for playing.


The money is not blocked. If it ahhpen that you play by mistake 1 € of the 25.000 € you claim then the whole witdrawal is canceled.


They usually start make some payments ( why not all the 25.000 but only 1 or 2 payment of 2.500 € after a delay of 7 days...


Yes 7 days is the minimum time you need to wait to receive a first payment. The rest can be payded ( folowing their termes and conditions within 14 wokins days so close to 20 total days)


If you complain they refer directly to the termes and conditions.


You have to know that if , during this period when you need claimed your money, you introduce a nex request for payment for another withdrawal it RESTART the process for the pending request... so if you have waited 10 days for your payment and you ask for a nex one the oldest request is rescheduled... To you payment can be delayed forever...


The purpose is to make you pley this money again and loose it incendently.


I have requested 25.000 € but i only received 2.500 € due to this well think strategy.


If it is the first time you claim money.. they will ask you many document to provide which will also delay the payment... and they never ask all document together.. they ask you one then 1 week after another... ect..

This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. This delay may be caused by unfinished KYC verification or a high volume of withdrawal requests.
That’s why we advise players to be patient, cooperate fully with casino, and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before submitting a complaint.

If your account has been successfully verified, your game history checked, your withdrawal approved by the casino, and you still haven't received your winnings by 14 days since requesting the withdrawal, we will intervene and do our best to help you.

14 days for receiving a payment is way too long.


Bear in mind that during this whole process the money is still fully available for the player.


When a player request a payment it means that he know that the casino is in the process of trying to get this money back. So it means he does not want to gamble this money anymore.


Why is the money still available for players when a request of payment is made.


14 days is long for a casino player to wait and he in the meantime he can no longer make anymore payment request

there is no more payment to be made by NV CASINO but i wanted that everybody know that NV casino has a genral strategy of delaying payement to make sure you play the money you won and hopfully losse it

I am sorry to hear that, but I understand. Since you have decided to play your winnings, I’m afraid there is not much we can do for you. I understand that this would have never happened if you could withdraw on the first attempt, but at this point, we cannot ask the casino to refund your lost winnings.
