I created an account with NovaJackpot and after playing, I had a balance of €360, which I attempted to withdraw. However, the casino refused to process my withdrawal and later permanently closed my account without giving a valid reason.


I contacted customer support multiple times, but they only sent generic replies stating that the decision is final. They did not provide any concrete explanation or evidence of any wrongdoing on my part.


I believe that NovaJackpot is unfairly withholding my money, and I request that they either process my withdrawal or provide a proper justification supported by their terms and conditions.


I kindly ask Casino Guru to mediate and help resolve this issue.

I was a player at NovaJackpot Casino for a short time, approximately one week. My account was blocked when I attempted to make my first withdrawal. I was never requested to provide any verification documents. My balance was accumulated through sports betting, and I did not use any bonuses.
