I was using ninecasino for betting and then on the last bet I placed which I won they stop processing my withdrawals. I had done 2 steps of verifcation, and they then asked for proof of deposit. I passed the proof of deposit and then they asked proof of funds. I did the proof of funds as well and then they said that my account was suspended and I couldn't withdraw. I asked why and they said I breached their T&Cs. They didn't close my account for a year now and once I passed all the verifications they decided to close my account and I cannot take my money.

Hi,


I have the account for quite a while. 15/4/2025 was my first deposit.


I asked the chat to tell me why my account is still suspended even when I passed all 4 steps of verification and then they kicked me out of my account and told me my account is blocked.


Sports betting

I will forward you the last email thread we are having that I asked them why I can't log in. unfortunately I don't have the communications with them as it was on their chat.
