I desposited $150 through e-transfer on July 5/26 early morning. Later I get an email indicating my deposit was sucessful.

Funds were taken from my bank account. Please note I made 3 successful deposits prior to this, from the same bank. When I went to check my Neo.bet account the funds weren't credited.

After going back and forth with different agents, they said to call tomy bank which I did.

I spoke to my bank and they also confirmed the e-transfer was deposited sucessfully.

I spoke with more agemts saying they can see the deposit pending on there end, but later stating there was technical errors.

Hello,

My funds still haven't been refunded back to my bank. I have been goimg back and fourth with Neo agents and they said the refund should be within 1-3 working days.
