N1 Bet Casino - Withdrawal of player's winnings has been delayed.

Pretty much hit my first big win was super exited until it came to withdrawing, they first said i had hit my limit limit witch was fine i was like sweet ill wait till next week and withdrawal 10k then the following week withdrawal another 10k to get my first big win.

how ever when it came up to the point of withdrawing after my limit had expired, i get hit with we need to verify your bank statements thought no worries ill get a bank statement, not good enough needed to have my name on it, got another statement with my name on it still not good enough because it was "scanned or edited" it was directly from one of the bank advisors over the phone who made me this with my bank stamped with its logo. i tried getting an non scanned or edited one finally found one that was good enough for them but the date range was from the 20th of fed to 20th of march as my bank automatically creates these statements. i got them to get the rest of the month from the 20th to the 1st of the month with this type of statement then submitted, both copies to them and again not good enough because its two documents, i dont understand they dont have a problem when i put 20-30k worth of money into the site but when it comes to withdrawing i have to deal with this. i like this site and what they offer and they had been a good site to play on up until this situation, thanks for taking the time to read through this.
