Aside from the wagering requirement described above, the casino doesn't provide any other reasons for rejecting the withdrawal. I've already contacted support via email, but the casino hasn't responded.

Unfortunately, I can't specify the exact amount I wagered on "European Roulette" because only the last 50 transactions are available in my profile. However, I wagered a total of just over €300. I've attached an overview of the bets from the last 50 transactions on "European Roulette." I've also attached an overview of my sports bets. Since I made the €300 deposit on April 8, 2025, only bets from that date onward are relevant for this case. As the overview shows, I've wagered over €260 in sports betting alone.

In the chat with support, the casino claims that an additional €48.40 must be wagered because the entire deposit amount must be wagered once. I don't understand the amount, and the casino doesn't provide any explanation as to how this amount was calculated.

Unfortunately, you have once again failed to provide any further information that would help clarify this case and have not addressed the inquiries raised by Branislav in the context of this complaint.

The withdrawal request was submitted several weeks ago and repeatedly rejected with various reasons regarding alleged wagering requirements. Only after submitting this complaint was the withdrawal suddenly approved, without me having placed any further bets since then. This does not demonstrate a transparent approach by your casino.

Since this practice has been observed repeatedly in your casino, I find it difficult to call this an oversight.

Rather, due to the lack of transparency regarding wagering requirements and your casino's lack of interest in clarifying the case, I must assume that your casino systematically withholds and delays payouts.
