Case summary

The player from Prince Edward Island has been attempting to withdraw $16,050 from N1Bet for three months, providing numerous documents as requested. Despite submitting an official PDF statement from his bank, the casino claims it is a scanned copy and demands an "original" statement, which he cannot provide, leading him to think this is a stall tactic related to the large withdrawal amount.

I am trying to withdraw $16,050 from N1Bet. I have over twenty emails with a VIP rep and several attempts of discussion with the support team. I have provided them with all information that they have asked for, including Driver's License, bank statements and transfer information. They are now asking for the original deposit bank statement. In November of 2022, I deposited $100 into this site. This was lost and I did not revisit the site until April of 2026, where I deposited $2,000. After a number of attempts uploading the 2026 statement, they finally were specific and told me that I needed to upload the 2022 statement.

Luckily, I was able to log directly into my TD Bank account and download the PDF from 2022. They will not accept it, and continually tell me that they believe that it is a "scanned" copy and not the "original" statement. Given that I do not receive paper copies, (and certainly not four year old copies) this official TD PDF statement is the only statement available. I have even given photos of me taking the statement directly from the TD site, but they continue to claim that it is a scan and needs to be the "original." However, they are unclear in their response what an "original" statement is.

I believe this is a stall tactic given the size of the withdrawal

Hello,

Thank you very much for submitting this complaint. I’m sorry to hear about the problem you’re experiencing. Please allow me to ask you a few questions to clarify the situation.

  • Have you used the same payment method for your most recent deposit to this casino?
  • Has your 2026 bank statement been reviewed and approved by the casino’s relevant department?
  • Could you please forward me the photographs you sent to the casino showing that you downloaded the 2022 statement directly from the TD website?

I hope we will be able to help you resolve this issue as soon as possible. Thank you in advance for your reply and cooperation.

Best regards,

Veronika
