I am filing a complaint against N1 bet for the confiscation of $1500 Canadian in real money winnings. On March 5, I deposited $45 Canadian no bonus was matched to this deposit. It was raw cash. After playing three crowns and other slots, my balance reached $1787.70. I have a photo of my iPad screen showing this total balance with no active bonus indicators. I spent many hours speaking with four different agents, including Michael and finally grace to complete a very difficult verification process, which they required me to produce documents, which were impossible to produce yet eventually grace confirmed I was fully verified with the entry of a document she said was a create a solid withdrawal. She then activated the withdrawal button and I withdrew $1500. It immediately came off of my total and I was left with $278.70 which I subsequently played out and lost hours later and vet declined the withdrawal and seized the funds setting a Max win violation since this was raw crash deposit with no bonus attached to Max wind limit do not apply. I believe the casino used a verification delays as a stall tactic and is now using a bonus only rule to void a legitimate real money win. I am requesting the full 1500 B restored to my account and paid out, I have discussed us with the casino and they will not budge. They think I have violated a max when rule on a bonus that was added after deposit at one which I did not opt in for and did not enter any codes. It was 100 free spins gifted to my account and after reaching wage in requirements a day before my real money balance was what was being played when I won. I have lots of pictures as evidence I will include the winning shot as well as though approval to withdrawal after all the agents viewed my account multiple times and no one mentioned anything about a violation as the money was withdrew from the account at that time also no mention of any violation. It was many hours later that they decided to confiscate the money I started the verification process immediately after I won that $1787. I also was refused access to my bonus and betting history untill yesterday the ninth of march (as it was hidden from me on my profile and accounts )when I told them I was reporting them .i have many pictures saved of our conversations . "1.8. The maximum withdrawal limit from no deposit free spins is 50 EUR/USD, 500 NOK, 75 CAD/NZD/AUD. The maximum withdrawal from a no deposit bonus is limited to x10 the bonus amount unless otherwise stated in the bonus offer. An exception can be made for loyal players, and in case of winning, the maximum win amount can be increased. To request a withdrawal, you must fully verify your account and make a minimum deposit.

1.9 The maximum win is limited to 10x the bonus amount, unless otherwise stated in the bonus offer. It means that the maximum win of a deposit bonus is calculated as the bonus money the player receives multiplied by a maximum win coefficient (x10 by default). The maximum winnings from deposit Free Spins cannot exceed x10 of the bonus amount received as a result of the Free Spins play.

1.10. The maximum you will ever be able to withdraw from play with funds associated with a no-deposit free bet is equal to the amount of winnings received after using the free bet."

However, we accept bonus T&Cs that restrict the maximum cash out from bonus play.

The history is limited and does not reflect the bets placed relating to the bonus or the bets around the time of the winnings and withdraw. I will be forwarding the bet history I received from Dpo . I emailed them requesting it they promptly responded. It will clarify the deposit was not matched or any bonuses attached to it . I did not opt into the 100 free spins they were gifted to me after the fact and met wagering requirements quite some time before I won the three crown bonus round for 800$+. It was not unlike after I was approved for verification and withdraw . Once approved I withdrew the 1500$ and played out the Remaining 278& and multiple other gifted free spins and a referral bonus . There was no automatic cap applied to the bonus and the balance was not adjusted as per the rules in their terms and conditions . It wasn’t untill many hours after the approved withdraw that they declined the winnnings due to maxwin rule and adjusted / corrected my account to a zero balance . Their terms and conditions are such that I shoud have been left with the balance before the maxwin but was not . You will also notice the bet history given to me by the casino does not match the bets placed history (given in much greater detail and timeframe) by the Dpo. My winnings were with real money and the 45$ deposit was also raw money with no bonus attached .

I still am waiting for instructions on how to get you my bet history provided to e by Dpo. Also I found this while reading another Casios practice. If all casinos run by the fair rules then I should have been warned about the bonus max win as I played for another day under the assumption that since my money was "real money" as stated in my balance because wagering bonus had been fulfilled. In the case of N1bet they gave no regard to this and would have let me play indefinitely knowing that all winnings would be confiscated

I just emailed the bet history sent to me to Petra directly. In it is the information you requested. The 45$ deposit with no bonus attached to it . On march 5 at 15:01. The bonus that I did not opt into called bonanza billion xtreme the time it was over march 6 at 7:58. The time I won the money and the time the 1500$ was withdrawn and I resumed play with the 278$ left in the balance . (Note that my balance was not adjusted according to their terms and conditions of a max win.)

I do not have any other pictures related to the bonus discussed as I never seen any ad or promotion for the bonus it was added to my notifications that I won or aquired 100 fs it was from there that I accessed the fs.

I just received an email from N1 bet stating that I am not allowed to play any bonuses they offer . I’ve never been disaplined by a casino before but looks like they are doing just that in response to my calling them out for confiscating my real money winnings . If they would have been so diligent to disqualify me from playing when in violation of their max win rule (which I was accused of ) perhaps they would appear legitimate in their implementation of their terms and conditions but their inconsistency speaks for itself. Not adhering to their own rules or fair play should disqualify them from enforcing any of their rules or restrictions on players And certainly not the authority to confiscate real money winnings based on an undisclosed violation. I will never play N1bet casino again regardless of any offers. It simply cannot be trusted.

The 278 was the remaining balance from the total of 1778 after i withdrew the 1500$ . I mentioned earlier that if i was in violation why did no one say anything to me because they all looked at my account during the verification . They clearly tried to delay the verification byy y requesting information that is impossible to produce in Canada and they knew this . They allowed it after I told them I will go to bank to get statement and I needed to verify their deposit code only then did they change their mind . They are obligated ethically to warn me if I am jeopardizing my money and they did not . Did you check the dates. It was a long time after the bonus met wagering requirements that I won the 1778. Are you saying they are allowed to let you play indefinitely and say nothing knowing you are in violation but unaware of it ? Is that ethical or even legal. . Why would any one ever accept a bonus if you play it only so all your winnings get confiscated ? This makes no sence yo me at all . Please explain the process that you use in your casino if a player accepts a bonus. Do you inform them once the wagering requirement is met or do you let them play untill they win then take all the winnings . I find it extremely coincidental that the exact amount of my bonus winnings is the exact amount of my winning total minus the 1500 withdraw . I will not believe that it is a coincidence ! Have you even looked at the evidence I gave you if did you just believe the casino ?
