I would like to file a complaint against N1Bet.


I have requested a payout of €10,000.


The casino asked me to upload an original bank statement in PDF format for the months of June and July. I uploaded the requested bank statement completely and without any changes.


I subsequently received confirmation that the document had been accepted and that no further documentation was currently required.


Nevertheless, my payout was cancelled without any specific reason being given to me.


My VIP manager confirmed that my documents are in the system and that the finance department is reviewing the case. However, to date I have not received a clear explanation as to why my payout was canceled.
