Dear N1Bet Support Team,


I would like to formally raise a complaint regarding the closure of my account and the withholding of my winnings.


Initially, I mistakenly created an account using the email j***********@yahop.com (note the typo in the domain). Since this email address does not exist and cannot be accessed or verified, I realized the error and created a new, correct account under j***********@yahoo.com.


I did not use or benefit from the first account in any way. I did not claim any bonuses or engage in any form of abuse. I proceeded to fully verify the second account (j***********@yahoo.com) and began playing. I made deposits and eventually won $477 NZD, which I then requested to withdraw.


To my surprise, my account was suddenly closed, and I was informed that it was due to having a second account. However, your support agents were aware that the first account was created by mistake due to a typo and is completely unusable. Despite this, I was still allowed to deposit and play.


Given the circumstances, I believe this was an honest mistake and not a breach of your terms. I respectfully request that you process the withdrawal of my winnings. Once the payment is made, I am happy to post a positive review and consider the matter resolved. I genuinely like your casino and hope this issue can be handled fairly.

Evidence They knew i have 2 accounts

1st My this account is fully verified. They did not say anything until i request withdrawal. I made 3 Deposits to this account and My id , Live photo , Payment method. Fully verified account.

2, I have not taken any bonus so there should not be any excuse to not pay small winnings.

3 , If you look their review on trustpilot , They have closed many accounts and their are known as not pay winnings to players.

I am not able to Send you chat here because they have closed my account so i am not able to log in and send you chat history with agents . Everything they knew i have made this account due to wrong email in First one.

In this account i made 3 deposits , They did not say anything and verified me . Now they are finding excuses not to pay my winnings.

While we understand that the second account may have been created following difficulties with confirming the first, we must still emphasize that the creation of multiple accounts is not permitted under any circumstances, regardless of the intent or context.


It’s important to highlight that the initial account was not abandoned — deposits were made and an attempt at verification was initiated. This clearly indicates the account was active, and as such, the system rightly recognized the second account as a duplicate.


Our Terms and Conditions explicitly state that each player is permitted to hold only one account. Section 8.1 provides that multiple accounts may result in the termination of all such accounts and the cancellation of winnings. Furthermore, Section 8.2 confirms that any winnings obtained through a duplicate account may be forfeited and reclaimed by the casino.


Additionally, during our internal review, discrepancies were found in the data submitted across both accounts. According to Section 11.3, this alone is sufficient grounds for account closure and the confiscation of funds. These policies are in place to ensure fairness and compliance, and are applied consistently to all players.

Dear buttar1992, as the accounts were opened one after another in a span of two days and both were used to deposit and play, there's not much that we can do to assist in this case. Rules against multiple accounts are an industry standard, there to prevent any type of abuse. I can only recommend that if a similar situation like this arises in the future, the best course of action is to immediately contact the customer support team to have any type of typos or mistakes during registration fixed, and not deposit or play on the account until the situation is resolved.
