N1 bet have taken over €1000 of me.

Story is I won over €100 on free spins, this has a wagering requirement of 40x. Kept playing and was up to € 2100 balance when suddenly while still playing my balance dropped to under €1000. There support has said there’s nothing they can do. When checking on the Terma and conditions there is no where it states max win. There are max bet of €5 and a 40x wagering requirement but nothing about max wins. After a few emails complaining about this they are now ignoring all my emails. I’ve sent 5 emails. Avoid this casino as they are Scammers

Hi Veronika, it was called VIP SATURDAY RELOAD, where I got 50 free spins, and won approximately €106 on. This had a 40x wagering requirement. I read all the terms and conditions and nowhere does it state max win stipulation, I’ll attach a screenshot of promotion and their reply. Thanks for looking into this for me.

Hi Veronika,

the way I read that was each free spin you cannot win over €500, I did not win anything over €100 on any free spin. Then I continued to play for a few hours winning small amounts to a combined total of approximately €2100. No free single spin won over €500. In their wording it state each free spin which not overall spins.

This is not about a single free spin but rather a free spin bonus. This means that the winnings from the entire bonus are subject to a maximum cap of €500.
