Title: N1Bet Stole 303,000 NOK - Real Money Win with Staff Confession - 19 May 2026

Casino: N1Bet.com

Username: Kurdo191919

Date of Incident: 17-19 May 2026

Amount Confiscated: 303,000 NOK

SUMMARY:

On 17 May 2026, I won 303,000 NOK at N1Bet playing live casino with real money. On 18 May 2026, N1Bet cancelled my withdrawal and confiscated the entire balance, falsely claiming "bonus max win".

HARD PROOF THIS WAS REAL MONEY:

1. Bet Size Evidence [Screenshots]: On 17 May 2026, 22:53-23:44 CET, my N1Bet game history shows single bets of 22,000 NOK, 20,000 NOK, 18,000 NOK, 17,000 NOK, 15,000 NOK on "Mega Roulette" and "Gates of Olympus Roulette". INNSATSBELØP = Bet Amount. No casino bonus allows 22,000 NOK bets. Max bonus bet is 50 NOK.

2. Win Size Evidence [Screenshots]: Same session shows single wins of 60,000 NOK, 51,000 NOK, 50,000 NOK, 36,000 NOK. GEVINST = Win Amount. Impossible with bonus funds.

3. Tournament Proof: N1Bet's own tournament leaderboard confirms I wagered 116,887 NOK in total real money bets to reach 1st place.

4. Live Casino Proof: All bets were on Pragmatic Play Live Casino. 99% of bonuses are disabled in Live Casino.

N1BET STAFF CONFESSION - 19 MAY 2026:

I contacted N1Bet live chat. Agent "Leo" at 09:18-09:24 CET officially admitted in writing to "adjusting" my balance. When I presented the real money evidence above, Leo surrendered the case and escalated me to VIP@N1bet.com, stating he could not resolve it.

This is a written confession of theft. I have the full chat transcript.

ASKGAMBLERS FAILED:

My AskGamblers complaint #275138 was handled by agent "Danny" who ignored all evidence and copy-pasted: "maximum winnings from a bonus are clearly displayed". I have challenged them to cite the specific T&C clause. They cannot, because it doesn't exist.

MY DEMAND:

This is not a bonus dispute. This is documented theft of 303,000 NOK with a confession from casino staff. I demand CasinoGuru mediate and compel N1Bet to return my full 303,000 NOK balance immediately.

I will upload 7 screenshots of the 22,000 NOK bets and the Leo chat confession in the next step.

This case is also being filed with Curaçao eGaming, License #1668/JAZ.

Hello,

Thank you very much for submitting this complaint. I'm sorry to hear about the problem you're experiencing. Please allow me to ask you a few questions to clarify your situation.

  • Could you please send me a screenshot of your bonus history for May 2026?
  • Did you have any active bonuses while placing bets on roulette?
  • Have you contacted customer support via email, as suggested by the live chat agent? If so, could you please forward the full communication to me at veronika.f@casino.guru, including any additional evidence that may be relevant to the investigation of your case.
  • Could you also clarify whether you were participating in a tournament while playing roulette, and whether these bets were part of your tournament participation?

Dear Veronika,

Thank you for taking my case. Here are my answers with evidence:

1. BONUS HISTORY FOR MAY 2026:

I had NO active bonuses during 17-18 May 2026. My 303,000 NOK balance was 100% real money from deposits. [Attached: No_Active_Bonus.png]

2. ROULETTE BETS WITH BONUS:

No. I did not play roulette with bonus. All my bets were on "Sweet Bonanza 1000" and "Mega Roulette" using real money only. Max bonus bet is 50 NOK. I had single bets of 22,000 NOK - impossible with bonus.

3. EMAIL COMMUNICATION WITH SUPPORT:

Yes. Key evidence from 19 May 2026:

A) 00:52 CET - Agent "Leo" CONFESSED to manually "adjusting" my balance. [Attached: Staff_Confession_Leo.png]

B) 15:09 CET - N1Bet sent mocking "Free Spins" email 2 hours AFTER theft. [Attached: Mocking_Email.png]

C) 15:16 CET - N1Bet demanded bad faith re-verification. [Attached: BadFaith_KYC.png]

D) 17:43 CET - N1Bet IP-banned me from Norway as retaliation. [Attached: IP_Ban.png]

I will forward all full email chains to veronika.f@casino.guru as requested.

4. TOURNAMENT PARTICIPATION:

No. I was NOT participating in any tournament. This was regular real money Live Casino play. N1Bet never mentioned tournaments.

This case is also filed with Norwegian Gambling Authority 26/00018-273 and Antillephone N.V. 8048/JAZ.

N1Bet violated their own T&C 7.1. Please compel them to return my 303,000 NOK immediately.

Dear Veronika,

As requested, I am submitting all evidence proving N1Bet stole my 303,000 NOK real money balance:

1. NO BONUS: My bet history shows single bets of 11,000 NOK, 7,000 NOK, 4,000 NOK. Impossible with bonus - max bet is 50 NOK. My balance was 100% real money.

2. STAFF CONFESSION: Agent "Leo" admitted in writing: "balance has been adjusted in accordance with bonus terms". I never used bonus.

3. THEFT EVIDENCE: Screenshots show my balance at 310,000 NOK after winning 200,000 NOK on Gates of Olympus Roulette. N1Bet stole it hours later.

4. BAD FAITH: After theft, N1Bet sent mocking "tournament win" email for 1092 NOK and demanded re-verification to block withdrawal.

5. REGULATORS NOTIFIED: This case is filed with Norwegian Gambling Authority 26/00018-273 and Antillephone N.V. 8048/JAZ.

All 9 screenshots attached. I will forward full email chains to veronika.f@casino.guru.

Please compel N1Bet to return my 303,000 NOK immediately per T&C 7.1.

fileDear Veronika,

Critical evidence proving N1Bet stole real money, not bonus:

1. 15 May 2026: I deposited 10,000 NOK + 8,000 NOK real money with credit card. Fullført = completed.

2. 17 May 2026: I requested withdrawal 50,000 NOK. System accepted it because it was real money.

3. 10 minutes later N1Bet manually cancelled it - Avvist.

4. They also reversed 25,000 NOK and 15,000 NOK withdrawals - Reversert.

Casino Rule: Bonus money cannot be withdrawn. If system allows withdrawal request = real money. N1Bet accepted my request, proving funds were real, then stole them.

This directly contradicts their "bonus max win" excuse.

Screenshot attached from N1Bet transaction history.

Dear Veronika,

Final proof N1Bet is committing fraud:

1. Attached screenshot: "Profilen din er verifisert" - N1Bet confirmed my KYC was complete before they stole my money.

2. Attached profile: Shows I am Norwegian resident with full ID verified.

3. N1Bet now demands new "questionnaire" after theft = illegal delay tactic violating Antillephone license 6.4.

Combined with previous evidence:

- 200,000 NOK real money win ID 14330920808

- 50,000 NOK withdrawal was approved then manually reversed

- Staff confession "balance adjusted"

This is criminal theft. I demand immediate return of 303,000 NOK.

Dear Veronika,

N1Bet is now harassing me and violating license terms.

While holding my 303,000 NOK hostage, they sent:

1. 100 Free Spins

2. VIP Tournament prize kr1,623.71

This proves:

1. Account is active, so "KYC block" is a lie.

2. Offering bonuses during dispute violates Antillephone rule 6.2.

3. Mockery: Offering kr1,623 while stealing kr303,000.

I have NOT clicked or accepted any bonus. Screenshot attached.

This is criminal harassment. Please add to case file.

Hi Veronika,

As requested, here are screenshots from my "Bonushistorikk" showing all my recent bonuses.

As you can see:

1. Most bonuses are small amounts (76 NOK, 570 NOK) or Free Spins.

2. Where it says "Omsetning fullført", the wagering was completed and funds became real money.

3. Many bonuses are "Tapt" (lost) or "Avbrutt" (cancelled).

4. My confiscated balance of 303,476 NOK consists of my cash deposits + real money winnings, not active bonus funds.

The bonus amounts are tiny compared to my balance. N1Bet's claim that my winnings are from "bonus abuse" is false.

Hello Veronika,

I want to explain exactly what happened on 17.05.2026, Norway's Constitution Day:

At around **06:00 in the morning**, I logged into my N1Bet account and saw 753 NOK cashback was credited to my balance. I started playing Roulette with my real money.

I played until approximately **01:00 the next night** (18-19 hours of play). By that time, my balance had grown to around 330,000 NOK from normal Roulette play.

When N1Bet saw that I was winning big, they suddenly logged me out and blocked my account. When I managed to log back in later, my balance was only 7,000 NOK. They had confiscated approximately 323,000 NOK without any explanation.

I have provided all screenshots and transaction history as evidence. N1Bet also has all these records. I did nothing wrong - I was simply playing Roulette normally with real money, and I completed all wagering requirements on any bonuses, as shown by "Omsetning fullført" in my bonus history.

Veronika,

New critical evidence: My game history from 18.05.2026 shows I won +244,900 NOK playing Gates of Olympus Roulette and Mega Roulette.

As you can see, I was placing real money bets of 10,000 - 20,000 NOK per spin. This is impossible with bonus money due to max bet rules.

This proves my 303,000 NOK balance was from real money roulette wins, not bonus abuse.

Veronika,

Update: While my case is open and 303,476 NOK is confiscated, N1Bet's VIP Manager Aria Weber just sent me this email.

Instead of addressing my confiscated funds, she is promoting a "Treasure Hunt Lottery" and pretending everything is normal.

This shows N1Bet has no intention to resolve my complaint in good faith.

Thank you for your responses.

The screenshots from your bonus history clearly show that several free bonuses were activated on 16 May. These bonuses were purchased by you in the Bonus Shop, where you selected free spins.

Once the free spins were played, the resulting winnings should have been wagered in accordance with the Bonus Terms. Following that, either after completing the wagering requirements or upon requesting a withdrawal, your winnings should have been capped by the casino, in line with the Bonus Terms applicable to free spin winnings.

  • Could you please clarify when exactly your winnings were capped at the maximum allowed amount?
  • Additionally, could you confirm whether you have filled out your personal information as requested by the casino when you contacted them to obtain your game history in Excel format?

Dear Ms. Veronika,

Thank you for your inquiry. I will provide a complete, factual timeline of events supported by evidence I have already submitted. N1Bet’s claim regarding "free spins on 16 May" is demonstrably false and irrelevant to my winnings.

1. Source of Funds - VIP Live Cashback with 0x Wagering:

On 17 May 2026, Norway’s Constitution Day, I woke up at approximately 06:00. I discovered that N1Bet had credited my account with "VIP 10% Live Cashback" in the amount of 753.30 NOK. I attach the screenshot from my account.

This screenshot explicitly states: "Omsetning fullført 0", which translates to "Wagering Completed: 0". This is definitive proof that the cashback had 0x wagering requirements and was therefore Real Money, not a bonus subject to a Max Win cap or any other bonus restrictions.

2. Gameplay on 17 May 2026 - Live Roulette with Real Money:

Immediately upon receiving the 753.30 NOK, I began playing Live Roulette. I did not activate or play any free spins or bonus money. All gameplay was conducted with real funds.

I played throughout the entire day of 17 May. I would enter a session, increase my balance to amounts such as 14,000 NOK, 20,000 NOK, 15,000 NOK, 30,000 NOK, and then exit. I repeated this process multiple times until approximately 00:00.

By midnight on 17 May, my balance had reached 111,000 NOK. At that point, I placed a 1,000 NOK bet on the number 0 (green) in Roulette, which paid 200:1. This single win significantly increased my balance.

I have submitted all screenshots to you. They contain timestamps and clearly show all wins occurred in Live Roulette, not slots or free spins. Had I known this was considered "bonus play", I would not have spent my entire day playing.

3. The Confiscation on 18 May 2026:

I continued playing into the early hours of 18 May. By approximately 01:00 on 18 May, my total balance had reached nearly 330,000 NOK.

At that moment, as I was winning more, N1Bet forcibly logged me out of my account. When I managed to log back in, I discovered my balance had been manually reduced to 7,000 NOK.

The next morning, I saw the balance had been adjusted to 8,000 NOK. Frustrated by this theft, I placed the entire 8,000 NOK on a final Roulette bet. This was my last bet, and my account balance went to zero.

My balance was not "capped automatically". It was manually confiscated. Staff member "Leo" admitted this in live chat, stating: "I adjusted your balance". I have provided you with this screenshot as evidence of their direct confession to theft.

4. Refusal to Provide Game History:

I have repeatedly requested my full game history in Excel format from N1Bet. They have refused to provide it. This document would prove that:

a) All 303,000 NOK was won on 17-18 May in Live Roulette.

b) The source was 753.30 NOK cashback with 0x wagering.

c) No free spins from 16 May were involved in these winnings.

5. My Claim:

I have deposited significant amounts of money on this site over time. I have screenshots of my deposits. I invested my entire day on 17 May to win this money legitimately with real funds.

N1Bet confiscated 295,000 NOK from me without any legal basis in their Terms. "Omsetning fullført 0" proves there was no Max Win. I demand the return of my rightful winnings of 295,000 NOK.

I trust Casino.Guru will rule fairly based on the evidence.

Best regards,

Ayoub

As proven by my Bonus History from 16 May, all free spins from that date either lost, expired, or paid a maximum of 646 NOK total. My 303,000 NOK win occurred 20 hours later, on 17-18 May, using the 753.30 NOK VIP Cashback which had 0x wagering, as shown in my 17 May Bonus History.

All the dates of 16 May are recorded in the casino itself that I either lost or they were completed, so it has nothing to do with 17 May.

This video shows my complete Bonus History from N1Bet.

1. 16 May 2026: All Free Spins show 'Tapt' (Lost), 'Utløpt' (Expired), or 'finished' with total win of only 646 NOK. Last activity: 10:12.

2. 17 May 2026: VIP 10% Live Cashback 753.30 NOK shows 'Omsetning fullført 0' which translates to 'Wagering Completed: 0'. This proves it was real money with 0x wagering.

My 303,000 NOK win occurred 20 hours AFTER the last free spin ended, using the 0x wagering cashback. This directly disproves N1Bet's claim.

Veronika, N1Bet's statement is misleading.

Yes, I activated free spins on 16 May. But my screenshots prove ALL of them were finished/lost/expired on 16 May:

1. Bonus Shop Free Spins Result: 'Tapt: 705 / 14250 NOK omsatt' = Lost. Balance from this = 0 NOK.

2. VIP Combo 50 FS: 'Utløpt' = Expired. Balance = 0 NOK.

3. All other bonuses from 16 May show 'Tapt' or 'finished'.

Total win from ALL 16 May free spins combined = only 646 NOK, as shown. This was lost before 17 May.

My 303,000 NOK win happened on 17 May 06:00, using the 'VIP 10% Live Cashback 753.30 NOK' which shows 'Omsetning fullført 0' = Wagering Completed: 0. This is real cash with 0x wagering.

There were 20 hours between the last 'Tapt/Utløpt' bonus on 16 May and my real money win on 17 May.

N1Bet is confusing the date I received bonuses with the date I won. Please ask them to provide the Excel game history for 17.05.26 06:00 to show the source of my balance was real money, not a bonus from 16 May.

Veronika,

1. My winnings were NEVER limited to any max win amount. My 303,000 NOK win on 17 May 06:00 was from real money balance with 'Omsetning fullført 0' = 0x wagering. Real money has no max win limit.

2. About the Excel file: I did NOT request an Excel file from N1Bet directly because I did not know I had the right to. However, I contacted their live chat multiple times and asked for my 'full game history and transaction history' to understand why my balance was confiscated.

They refused to provide it. Instead, the agent 'Leo' just said 'I adjusted your balance to 7,000 NOK' and ended the chat. I have the screenshot as proof.

Under MGA rules, the casino must provide game records when there is a dispute. They are now using the 'Excel request' as an excuse to avoid providing evidence.

I am now officially requesting through you, as the mediator, that N1Bet provide the complete Excel game history for 16-18 May 2026 for my account ID: 14330920808.

Anyone who looks at my screenshots knows I am right. I did NOT use any bonus to win this money. Not a chance.

If it takes me a year, I will defend myself. I am NEVER closing this case because they kicked me out and stole my money.

I am waiting for your next response. Thank you for your time and effort. I want my money. It's my right, and I'm not backing down.

Dear Veronika,

N1Bet VIP Manager Aria Weber just sent me this 25% bonus offer while my 303,000 NOK withdrawal is still blocked and complaint is open.

This proves:

1. My account is active, not fraudulent

2. They consider me a valued player

3. They are trying to interfere with the open complaint

I will NOT deposit or accept any bonus until my complaint is resolved and my winnings are paid.🗣️👀

Dear Veronika,

The Norwegian Gambling and Foundation Authority has confirmed N1Bet is operating illegally in Norway.

Official case: 26/00018-273 - N1Bet Theft 303,000 NOK

They confirmed DNS-blocking of N1Bet.com and N1Bet2.com since 2025/2026 because N1Bet has no Norwegian license.

This is government proof that N1Bet stole my 303,000 NOK winnings. N1Bet is a blacklisted illegal operator in my country.

They are using domain n1bet1.co to bypass government block and continue targeting Norwegian citizens with "VIP Lucky Spins" offers.

This proves N1Bet is actively breaking Norwegian law while withholding my 303,000 NOK.

FINAL UPDATE FOR VERONICA - MGA COMPLAINT FILED - DEADLINE 11:00 CET 2 JUNE 2026

Hi Veronica,

This is my final update before your deadline.

1. MGA COMPLAINT SUBMITTED: I filed a formal complaint with Malta Gaming Authority on 01.06.2026. MGA Complaint Reference: Pending. N1Bet is now under regulatory investigation for license violation.

2. GOVERNMENT RULING CONFIRMED: Norwegian Gambling Authority Lottstift Case 26/00018-273 officially ruled on 29.05.2026: "N1Bet Theft 303,000 NOK". This is a government determination of theft. Document attached.

3. HARD EVIDENCE OF REAL MONEY:

  - Screenshot: Single win 200,000 NOK on Gates of Olympus Roulette 18.05.2026. No bonus allows 200,000 NOK wins.

  - Screenshot: Bet history 8,000 NOK, 1,000 NOK, 600 NOK. Max bonus bet is 50 NOK. This proves real money play.

4. STAFF CONFESSION: N1Bet Agent "Leo" admitted in live chat 19.05.2026: "adjustment was made in accordance with bonus terms". This is written confession of stealing 303,476 NOK from real money balance. Transcript attached.

5. BAD FAITH PROOF: VIP Manager Aria Weber emailed me 21.05.2026 promoting "25% bonus" while my 303,476 NOK remained illegally confiscated.

6. ONGOING ILLEGAL ACTIVITY: N1Bet was DNS-blocked by Norway in 2025/2026. They bypassed it using n1bet1.co and sent me illegal SMS marketing. This proves N1Bet actively breaks Norwegian law.

N1BET'S POSITION: They provided ZERO evidence for "AF Policy violation" in 14 days. They cannot cite any T&C clause. Because it doesn't exist.

MY DEMAND: Return my full 303,476 NOK balance by 11:00 CET, 2 June 2026.

CONSEQUENCES IF N1BET REFUSES:

1. MGA will be notified that N1Bet ignored CasinoGuru mediation. License revocation will be requested.

2. CasinoGuru must mark this complaint

I understand that you are upset, especially given the significant amount of money involved in this case. However, in order to investigate the matter effectively, we need to focus on the available evidence and establish a clear timeline of events. Repeating the same arguments multiple times will not help us move the investigation forward.

According to the Bonus Terms and Conditions:

1.7. Cashback is a bonus unless otherwise specified. Any rules that apply to bonuses in general apply to cashback bonuses as well.

1.8. The maximum withdrawal limit from no deposit free spins is 50 EUR/USD, 500 NOK, 75 CAD/NZD/AUD. The maximum withdrawal from a no deposit bonus is limited to x5 the bonus amount unless otherwise stated in the bonus offer. An exception can be made for loyal players, and in case of winning, the maximum win amount can be increased. To request a withdrawal, you must fully verify your account and make a minimum deposit.

1.9 The maximum withdrawal is limited to 5x the bonus amount, unless otherwise stated in the bonus offer. This means that the maximum withdrawal is calculated as the bonus amount received multiplied by a coefficient of 5 (x5 by default). The maximum withdrawal from deposit Free Spins cannot exceed 5x the bonus amount received from the Free Spins play.

Based on the information available, you activated a cashback bonus. The status "Wagering Completed: 0" does not necessarily mean that the cashback bonus had no wagering requirements. Rather, it indicates that the wagering process had not yet been started. Additionally, bonuses commonly include a maximum cash-out limit, which may be stated either in the general bonus terms or in the specific terms attached to the bonus offer itself.

Regarding the Excel file, please contact the casino's customer support via email and specifically request your complete gaming history from 17 May onwards in Excel format. This information will be important for our investigation.

As for the licensing concerns, please note that we do not handle complaints related to licensing regulations or regulatory policies. Our role is to act as an independent mediator between players and casinos, and we do not have the authority to enforce licensing requirements or determine the legality of particular rules.

Once you obtain the requested gaming history, please forward it to me so that I can review it and determine the appropriate next steps.

Additional Evidence - Agent Tebea Contradicting Herself:

Just now, the same Agent Tebea who confirmed my cashback is "real money" tried to claim:

1. "your balance has been corrected due to the maximum win amount" - admitting to manual confiscation.

2. Then immediately: "Sorry this wasn't for you" - attempting to retract the admission.

3. Then: "you haven't made any bets. Maybe you were playing in test mode?" - denying my 303,000 NOK in real winnings.

This is clear evidence of:

- Fraudulent manual adjustment of my real money balance

- Contradictory statements from the same agent within minutes

- Attempt to gaslight me about my winnings

N1Bet is manipulating evidence in real-time. Screenshot attached.

I demand immediate escalation.

I have received the Excel file from N1Bet.

As you can see in the file:

1. 23:49 UTC: Balance 262,052.46 NOK

Dear Ayoubm,

It’s nice to e-meet you. My name is Samuel, and I’ll be assisting you with your complaint from now on.

If there are any updates or new details since your last message, please share them with me.

As part of our standard procedure, I’m also inviting a representative from N1 Bet Casino to join this conversation. Their input should help us move the case forward more efficiently.

Dear N1 Bet Casino,

Please provide detailed information regarding the player's issue, specifically the reasons why the player's winnings was confiscated. If the confiscation was based on a maximum cashout restriction related to a bonus, please indicate the exact bonus terms that were applied. Additionally, please provide all relevant supporting evidence, including the player's bonus history, wagering progress, gameplay logs, account transaction history, and any other records necessary to properly review this case.

Thank you for your cooperation and a timely response.

Hi Samuel,Following your request, I have obtained clear evidence from N1Bet's own system and staff that their claim is false.Evidence 1 - Transaction History:I checked my N1Bet "Transaksjonshistorikk" for the relevant date. The system shows "Ingen transaksjoner tilgjengelig" - no transactions at all. There is no record of any Bonus Shop purchase, debit, or "Kjøp". [See Screenshot 1]Evidence 2 - N1Bet Support Confirmation:I contacted N1Bet live support. Agent "Amelie" checked my account and stated in writing: "da ser jeg at du ikke gjorde noe kjøp den 17.05".Translation: "I see that you did not make any purchase on 17.05". [See Screenshot 2]My Conclusion:N1Bet's own records and their own staff confirm I did NOT purchase anything from the Bonus Shop on that date. Therefore, the line in their "Bets" file claiming "Bonus Shop: Free Spins Result" is false.I played with my VIP Live Cashback balance, which is based on my own real money losses. As per standard fair play terms for cashbacks, these winnings should not be subject to arbitrary maximum cashout caps, especially since the system removed all bonus wagering restrictions and allowed me to place massive real money bets on Live Roulette.I respectfully request that you rule in my favor for the full disputed amount of my confiscated winnings. Both screenshots are attached.Thank you,Ayoub🙂

Subject: Additional Evidence: N1Bet's internal contradiction regarding my winnings

Hi Samuel,

I am providing one more critical piece of evidence that exposes N1Bet's deception.

Initially, a casino representative (or bot named Aria Weber) sent me a message claiming that my winnings were adjusted because they allegedly came from a "Bonus Shop: Free Spins Result" bonus, citing terms 1.8 and 1.9 [See Attached Screenshot 1].

However, as I proved in my previous message, their live support agent (Amelie) officially confirmed that I made absolutely NO purchases from the Bonus Shop on that date [See Attached Screenshot 2]. Furthermore, terms 1.8 and 1.9 strictly apply to "No Deposit" bonuses, whereas my account was fully funded with heavy real money deposits and VIP Live Cashback based on my real losses.

This clearly shows that the casino is using a fabricated excuse to justify the manual confiscation of my 303,000 NOK. They allowed me to place massive real money bets on Live Roulette up to 22,000 NOK, but used a non-existent Bonus Shop purchase to steel my winnings after I requested a withdrawal.

I hope this internal contradiction helps you finalize your investigation in my favor.

Thank you,

Ayoub

Dear Ayoubm,

thank you for providing the additional information and screenshots. I appreciate the effort you have made to gather and present this evidence, and I have taken note of the points you have raised regarding the transaction history, the communication with the casino's support team, and the apparent discrepancies you have identified.

At this stage, however, I would prefer to wait for the casino's official response and supporting evidence before drawing any conclusions regarding the merits of the case.

Dear N1 Bet Casino,

I kindly invite you to review the player's latest comments and evidence and provide your position regarding the points raised. In particular, I would appreciate your clarification concerning the alleged Bonus Shop purchase and the basis on which the disputed winnings were adjusted.

I will await the casino's response before proceeding further.

Thank you both for your cooperation.

Subject: Chronological Proof: System accepted withdrawals of 40,000 NOK BEFORE the massive win

Hi Samuel,

I am providing the exact screenshot of my "Transaksjonshistorikk" to prove that N1Bet's core system officially treated my balance as 100% Real Money during my gameplay, without showing any warnings or restrictions. [See Attached Screenshot]

As you can see from the timeline on 17 May 2026:

At 19:40 and 21:12, I successfully submitted withdrawal requests (Utbetaling) for 25,000 NOK and 15,000 NOK (Totaling 40,000 NOK). The automated system accepted these without any warnings. This proves the funds were registered as real cash in their database, as bonus funds cannot be put into withdrawal queues.

I later canceled these requests, and the status shows "Reversert" (Reversed back to balance).

I then placed high-stakes bets on Live Roulette for the next two hours, fully risking this approved real cash balance. If I had lost, the casino would have kept it all.

Only at 23:12, after my balance grew and I tried to withdraw 50,000 NOK, the casino manually rejected it ("Avvist") and retroactively wiped out my 303,000 NOK winnings under a fake bonus cap.

Allowing a player to cancel a withdrawal, play with high stakes for hours under a real risk of losing, and then manually confiscating the funds after they win is a severe violation of Casino Guru's Fair Play Codex.

Thank you,

Ayoub

Subject: Official N1Bet VIP Email Proof: Funds returned to balance as real cashHi Samuel,As a direct attachment to my transaction history, here is the official email I received from N1Bet VIP on 17 May 2026. [See Attached Screenshot]The email explicitly states in Norwegian:"Vi informerer deg om at midlene har blitt returnert til saldoen."Translation: "We inform you that the funds have been returned to the balance."This is an undeniable proof of bad faith and manual manipulation by the casino:The N1Bet VIP team themselves officially processed and confirmed that these funds (the 25,000 NOK and 15,000 NOK) were returned to my main balance as real available cash ("midlene").They did NOT issue any warnings, they did NOT cap the balance at that moment, and they allowed me to risk these funds on high-stakes Live Roulette for hours. If I had lost those funds during those hours of intense gameplay, the casino would have happily kept my money. Confiscating the winnings at 23:12 only after I hit the jackpot is completely predatory and violates Casino Guru's Fair Play policies regarding VIP accounts and reversed withdrawals.Thank you,Ayoubfilefile

Hello everyone,

thank you both for your updates.

Dear Ayoubm,

thank you for letting me know. Based on the information I have received from the casino, it appears that this amount was credited following an additional internal review, during which they identified an error in their original calculation of your maximum cashout. However, as I am still reviewing the case and have requested further clarification from the casino, I would recommend that you do not use or withdraw these funds just yet.

Dear N1 Bet Casino,

Dear Samuel,

Thank you for your message.

We would like to clarify our position regarding this case.

The player's winnings originated from gameplay involving bonus funds and were therefore subject to the applicable Bonus Terms. The relevant bonus terms clearly state that the maximum withdrawal is limited to a multiple of the bonus amount unless otherwise specified in the bonus offer. These terms were available to the player before the bonus was claimed.

During our additional review, we identified that the player's winnings originated from two different bonuses. As a result, we recalculated the maximum withdrawal and credited the player with an additional 760 NOK to ensure the calculation was made correctly and in the player's favor.

Based on the complete gameplay and bonus history, the final maximum withdrawal amount was determined to be 8,293 NOK in accordance with the applicable Bonus Terms.

We believe the player's winnings were processed in line with the published bonus terms, while also correcting our initial calculation once the additional bonus contribution was identified.

Dear Samuel

The casino's defense officially confirms their technical failures and lack of consistency, which directly proves my case under the Casino Guru Fair Play Codex.

I respectfully request you to reject N1Bet's arguments based on the following concrete facts:

1. Direct Contradictions and Admissions by Support Staff:

The casino now claims my winnings came from a mix of two standard bonuses. However, this completely contradicts their initial official stance where they told me and your team that my balance came from a "Bonus Shop" purchase. More importantly, I have provided written screenshots of N1Bet's own support agents, Amelie and Annie, who officially confirmed that my balance was "Wager-Free VIP Live Cashback" and explicitly stated it was treated as Real Money. The casino cannot change its story three times to fit different bonus rules whenever they are caught in a lie.

2. The Risk Principle (Continuous Gameplay with Real Risk):

The casino admits their system failed to handle the bonus limits properly. However, because of their system's choice to lift all restrictions, I was allowed to place massive, continuous bets up to 22,000 NOK on Live Roulette for over 2 hours. During this period, my risk of losing everything was 100% real. If I had lost those 22,000 NOK spins, N1Bet would have gladly kept my money. Under Casino Guru's Fair Play Codex, a casino cannot accept a player's real-money risk and then retroactively enforce a "maximum win cap" only after the player wins.

3. Automated Cashier Approved My 40,000 NOK Withdrawal:

Before hitting the final large winnings, I successfully submitted withdrawal requests for 25,000 NOK and 15,000 NOK (Totaling 40,000 NOK). The casino's automated system accepted these into the withdrawal queue without any active warnings or blockages. In online casino software, bonus-bound or capped funds are systematically blocked from entering a withdrawal queue. This is hard technical proof that N1Bet's core database officially registered my balance as Real Money during my active gameplay.

4. Complete Lack of System Credibility:

The casino explicitly admits in their response that their initial calculations on May 17th were wrong, and they just manually added 760 NOK to my account now to try and justify their stance. This proves their backend operations are unstable, manually altered, and lack any automated enforcement of terms during active play. Players should never suffer financial confiscations due to a casino's internal software mismanagement.

Since my risk was entirely real, my balance was accepted as real cash by their system, and their own staff confirmed it was wager-free, I respectfully request Casino Guru to rule this case in my favor and order N1Bet to credit the remaining 290,000+ NOK back to my balance.

Thank you for your hard work and fair assessment,

Ayoub

Hello everyone,

thank you both for your continued cooperation.

Dear N1 Bet Casino,

thank you for your latest explanation and for confirming that you conducted an additional review of the player's gameplay, resulting in the correction of the maximum withdrawal calculation.

However, after carefully reviewing all the available information, I must say that I still have significant concerns regarding the transparency of the bonus mechanics applied in this case.

At this stage, my concerns are not primarily about whether your internal system is technically capable of operating in the manner you described, but rather whether an average player could reasonably understand these mechanics based on the published Bonus Terms before claiming and using the bonus.

Throughout our communication, you have explained that:

  • winnings from a no-deposit bonus never become real-money funds,
  • the maximum cashout is effectively determined when the withdrawal request is submitted,
  • and the restriction is applied after the gaming session has ended.

However, I have not yet seen where these mechanics are explicitly described in your published Terms and Conditions. The clause stating that the maximum withdrawal is limited to a multiple of the bonus amount does not, in my opinion, sufficiently explain how the bonus balance behaves after the wagering requirements have been completed or at what stage the maximum cashout is actually applied.

From Casino Guru's perspective, bonus terms should not only exist but should also be sufficiently clear and transparent for players to understand the practical consequences of using a bonus. We also place significant importance on clear communication within the casino interface itself. Whenever technically possible, players should be informed about important events such as the completion of wagering requirements, movement between bonus funds and real-money funds, and any applicable maximum cashout limitations. Such notifications significantly reduce the risk of misunderstandings and help ensure a fair and transparent gaming experience.

Therefore, I would also appreciate it if you could clarify whether your platform provides players with any pop-up notifications, account messages, or other visible indicators informing them about the completion of wagering requirements, the status of their balance (bonus funds versus real-money funds), or the application of a maximum cashout limitation. If such notifications exist, please provide examples or screenshots. If they do not, please confirm this as well.

At the moment, I am not convinced that the published rules provided the player with enough information to reasonably understand how these bonus mechanics would affect their winnings.

Before reaching my final conclusion, I would therefore appreciate if you could provide the player's complete transaction history (including deposits, withdrawals, bonus credits, bonus removals, balance adjustments, and any other balance movements relevant to this case). This will help me independently verify the sequence of events and fully understand how the player's balance evolved throughout the gaming session.

Additionally, I would appreciate it if you could provide the complete Bonus Terms and Conditions applicable to each bonus the player received from 5 May 2026 onwards, including the specific promotional terms that were in effect at the time each bonus was claimed. Since you have explained that the player's final balance originated from multiple bonuses, I would like to independently verify the conditions applicable to each of them and assess how they interacted throughout the player's gameplay.

Dear Ayoubm,

thank you for your detailed comments and for explaining your position.

I have carefully considered all of the arguments presented by both parties. Before reaching my final decision, I would first like to review the additional documentation requested from the casino and give them one final opportunity to clarify the transparency of the bonus mechanics applied in this case.

Once I have reviewed the remaining information, I will proceed with my final assessment without unnecessary delay.

Thank you both for your continued cooperation.

Hello everyone,

thank you both for your continued cooperation and patience throughout this investigation.

Dear Ayoubm,

I would like to provide you with a more detailed update regarding my current assessment, as I have now received and reviewed substantially more information from the casino.

I understand the arguments you have raised, particularly your position that the balance was treated as real money, that the casino's support previously referred to the funds as VIP Live Cashback, and that the casino initially provided a different explanation regarding the source of the winnings.

I have taken all of these points into consideration. However, after receiving and reviewing the casino's additional documentation, I currently see the situation differently.

The casino has provided me with detailed records from its internal systems, including the gameplay logs, bets history, bonus history, balance records, bonus-related transactions, and transaction history. I have reviewed these records together with the explanations provided by the casino and the information and screenshots you submitted in the complaint.

Based on these records, your last real-money deposit was 8,000 NOK on 16 May 2026 at 16:07, and this deposit was subsequently lost. After that deposit was lost, the gameplay relevant to the disputed winnings was carried out without another real-money deposit.

The records show several promotional sources being involved during this period, including:

  • Puzzle Prize 3;
  • Puzzle Prize 5;
  • Puzzle Prize 1;
  • VIP 10% Cashback; and
  • Bonus Shop: Free Spins Results.

Therefore, based on the records I have reviewed, I do not currently have grounds to conclude that the disputed winnings were generated solely from an unrestricted real-money balance, as you have argued.

I would also like to address your argument regarding the large bets you were able to place.

The fact that the casino's system allowed you to place high-value bets does not, by itself, establish that the funds being wagered were unrestricted real-money funds. According to the applicable casino terms, bets made with bonus funds are not subject to a specific maximum bet limit. Therefore, the fact that you were able to place bets of significant value does not necessarily mean that the underlying funds were treated as unrestricted real-money winnings.

In other words, being able to risk a large amount during gameplay does not automatically mean that the amount was unrestricted cash. The relevant question is what the underlying balance consisted of and under which conditions those funds were obtained.

There is also an important point regarding the way bonus-related maximum withdrawal restrictions are normally handled.

It is fairly common in the industry for maximum withdrawal restrictions or balance reductions connected to promotional funds to be applied when a player requests a withdrawal, rather than continuously during gameplay itself. I understand that this may seem counterintuitive from a player's perspective, particularly when the balance displayed in the account continues to increase during gameplay.

In this particular case, the casino explained to me that the gaming session is considered to end when the player submits a withdrawal request, at which point the applicable bonus restrictions are applied and the maximum withdrawable amount is determined.

However, even if we were to put this particular technical mechanism aside, I do not believe it changes the fundamental point of the case.

The key question is where the disputed winnings came from.

Based on the gameplay, bonus and balance records I have reviewed, the approximately 300,000 NOK in disputed winnings were generated after your last real-money deposit of 8,000 NOK had already been lost and while you were playing with promotional funds provided by the casino.

Therefore, the evidence currently available to me does not indicate that these winnings were generated from a remaining unrestricted real-money deposit balance. Rather, they appear to have been generated from promotional funds.

This distinction is important because, where winnings are generated from promotional funds, the applicable bonus conditions remain relevant to those winnings. The fact that the system may have allowed the player to continue playing with the full displayed balance does not automatically convert promotional winnings into unrestricted real-money funds.

Similarly, the fact that withdrawal requests may have been submitted or temporarily accepted by the system does not, on its own, establish that the resulting balance was no longer subject to the applicable bonus conditions. I have not seen evidence that the 25,000 NOK and 15,000 NOK withdrawal requests were actually paid out to you before the subsequent gameplay.

Therefore, I do not consider those withdrawal requests sufficient to establish that the entire balance had become unrestricted real-money funds.

I also want to address the casino's changing explanation, as I understand why this is one of your main concerns.

I acknowledge that the casino's initial explanation concerning the source of the winnings was not identical to its later explanation. I specifically raised this issue with the casino and requested additional documentation to clarify the situation.

The casino subsequently conducted an additional review of the relevant gameplay and bonus history. Following this review, it explained that the winnings originated from multiple promotional sources and that the initial maximum withdrawal calculation had not included all relevant bonus contributions.

Importantly, the casino acknowledged this calculation error and subsequently credited you with an additional 760 NOK. According to its current calculation, the final maximum withdrawal amount is 8,293 NOK.

I also want to make clear that my assessment is not based merely on the casino's statements. I specifically requested the underlying records because I wanted to independently verify the sequence of events and the origin of the disputed balance. I have now had the opportunity to compare these records with the information and screenshots you provided.

Another important part of my assessment has been the transparency of the applicable bonus mechanics.

This was one of the main reasons why I did not immediately accept the casino's initial explanation. I requested the complete transaction history, bonus history, and the applicable Bonus Terms for the relevant bonuses from 5 May 2026 onwards, so that I could independently assess whether the maximum withdrawal rule was actually applicable and how the different promotional funds contributed to the final balance.

The absence of a warning or an automatic restriction during gameplay does not necessarily mean that the applicable maximum withdrawal rule ceased to apply. Likewise, the fact that a balance was displayed or temporarily handled by the system in a particular way does not automatically override the underlying bonus conditions.

At this stage, I therefore consider the more important issue to be the source of the disputed winnings and the bonus conditions attached to those funds, rather than simply how the balance was displayed during gameplay.

I am, however, still asking the casino for one final clarification before formally concluding the complaint. I have requested a detailed step-by-step calculation showing exactly how the casino arrived at the final 8,293 NOK maximum withdrawal amount, including how the individual bonuses and their respective maximum withdrawal rules were taken into account and how they were correlated with the player's gameplay and bonus history.

This is important because I want to make sure that the final amount is correctly calculated and corresponds with the records I have reviewed before issuing my final decision.

At the same time, I want to be transparent with you that, based on everything I have reviewed so far, my current assessment is that the casino's position is justified in principle.

The evidence currently available to me indicates that the disputed winnings were generated from promotional funds rather than from an unrestricted real-money deposit balance. Consequently, the applicable bonus conditions can be applied to those winnings.

The remaining question is primarily whether the casino's final calculation of 8,293 NOK has been correctly performed. Once I receive and verify this final calculation, I expect to be in a position to conclude the complaint.

I wanted to explain my current position in advance so that you understand why the available evidence has led me in this direction and why, unless the final calculation reveals something unexpected, I currently expect the complaint to be concluded in the casino's favor.

Dear N1 Bet Casino,

thank you for providing the extensive documentation and for continuing to cooperate with the investigation.

As mentioned separately, I have requested one final clarification regarding the detailed calculation of the 8,293 NOK maximum withdrawal amount by mail. N1 Bet Casino, if possible, I would appreciate it if you could provide the final calculation and explanation directly in the complaint thread, so that the player can also review it transparently. Once this is clarified, I should have everything necessary to complete my final assessment.

Thank you both for your continued cooperation.

They are just wasting time and don’t care at all. There are thousands of people like me who have been treated this way, and they just take our money. That night, all the money I won with huge risks was entirely in the "real money" section, and when I try to withdraw it, they say it’s not real money. This is the dirtiest trick to get us addicted to their casino and steal our big wins. Why do they put the money in the "real money" section then? That night I didn’t even get a single email from them saying my money wasn’t real.

Shame on them. If I had been at a different casino that night, I wouldn’t have had all these problems. It was just my bad luck that I ended up at this casino.

They need to be stopped so they don’t do this to anyone else.

Hello,

First of all, please accept our apologies for the lengthy delay in responding, and thank you for your patience.

We are happy to provide the requested breakdown of the final maximum withdrawal amount of 8,293 NOK.

Following our additional review, two promotional sources were identified as contributing to the winnings relevant to the final maximum withdrawal calculation:

VIP 10% Live Cashback: 753.30 NOK

Applicable maximum withdrawal: 10x

753.30 × 10 = 7,533 NOK

Bonus Shop: Free Spins Result: 76 NOK

Applicable maximum withdrawal: 10x

76 × 10 = 760 NOK

The two applicable maximum withdrawal amounts were therefore combined as follows:

7,533 NOK + 760 NOK = 8,293 NOK

The additional 760 NOK credited following our review corresponds specifically to the 76 NOK Bonus Shop: Free Spins Result multiplied by the applicable 10x maximum withdrawal limit. This promotional contribution had not been included in the initial calculation and was added once it was identified during the additional review.

Accordingly, the corrected and final maximum withdrawal amount is 8,293 NOK.

We hope this provides the final clarification required for your assessment, and once again apologize for the delay in providing our response.

Hello everyone,

thank you for the additional clarification regarding the calculation of the 8,293 NOK maximum withdrawal amount.

Dear Ayoubm,

I understand what you are referring to regarding the balance being displayed as "real money" during your gameplay. I think this is a point worth clarifying properly, rather than simply assuming that the way the balance was displayed was irrelevant.

Based on the gameplay and bonus records I have reviewed so far, I understand the casino's position that the disputed winnings originated from promotional funds and that the applicable maximum withdrawal conditions therefore remained relevant.

However, this is separate from the question of how those funds were categorized and presented to you in the casino's system. I would therefore like to clarify this point directly with the casino.

Dear N1 Bet Casino,

Could you please clarify specifically how the funds from the following two promotional sources were categorized and displayed in the player's account:

  • VIP 10% Live Cashback – 753.30 NOK
  • Bonus Shop: Free Spins Result – 76 NOK

Were these funds displayed to the player as "real money" or as "bonus funds"?

If they were displayed as "real money", please explain why this was the case and what the term "real money" means within your system in this context.

In particular, I would like to understand whether "real money" in your interface means only that the funds are no longer subject to wagering requirements, while they may nevertheless remain subject to other promotional restrictions such as a maximum withdrawal limit.

If that is the case, please explain how the player was informed that these funds, despite being displayed as real money, were still subject to the applicable 10x maximum withdrawal restriction.

I would also appreciate clarification regarding the following:

  1. When does your system display funds as "bonus funds"?
  2. When does it display funds as "real money"?
  3. Does completion of wagering requirements automatically move funds from "bonus funds" to "real money"?
  4. Can promotional funds be displayed as "real money" even when winnings generated from those funds remain subject to a maximum withdrawal restriction?
  5. Was there any visible notification, account message, bonus information, or other indication available to the player explaining that the displayed real-money balance was still subject to the promotional maximum withdrawal conditions?

If possible, I would also appreciate a screenshot or other evidence showing how these particular funds were categorized in the player's account at the relevant time.

I would also like you to clarify where this distinction and the applicable restrictions are defined in your Terms and Conditions or the specific terms of the relevant promotions.

If your Terms and Conditions explicitly state that promotional funds can be displayed or treated as real-money funds while remaining subject to a maximum withdrawal restriction, please indicate the relevant clause and explain how it applies to these two specific promotions.

If this is not explicitly stated in the Terms and Conditions, please explain how the player was informed of this important restriction at the time the funds were credited and during the subsequent gameplay. For example, was the player shown a pop-up notification, an account message, a bonus information panel, a warning, or any other clear indication that these funds were subject to a maximum withdrawal limit despite being displayed as real money?

I am asking for this clarification because I want to distinguish between two separate issues: the origin of the funds and applicability of the promotional maximum withdrawal rule, which I have already assessed based on the records provided, and the transparency of how those funds were presented to the player.

I would like to have a clear understanding of this categorization, the relevant contractual basis, and the way the player was informed of the restriction before I proceed with my final assessment.

Thank you both for your cooperation.
