MyStake Casino - Player's withdrawal has been confiscated.

i am submitting this complaint regarding My stake casino refused to process me legitimate withdrawal and after confiscated my money

The disputed amount is 5148 euro

i have to mention that around 3000 of that 5148 euro is my deposit

i deposited many times,my account is verified and after one day that i won and requested a withdrawal they confiscated my money with a ridiculous reason of violating their rules without providing any evidence

i checked many times their t&c and i am very sure that i didn’t violated them

i have screenshots of everything

Please find below the clarification you requested

1 I was betting on sports and I made many deposits

2 i have contacted support many times and they say i have violated rules nr 9.10 and 12 but without providing a single evidence

3 I accumulated winnings without bonus

I have to mention also that my account was verified and i made many separated deposits and I lost many times and they didn’t say anything

As soon as I won one day they deducted all my money and left only my last deposit minus 20%
